DAY 04: TRAVEL TO ELLA VIA RAWANA ELLA CAVE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast proceed to Ella (Approx:160KM/5HRS), tracing one of Sri Lanka’s most scenic hill-country routes.
Upon arrival in Ella, visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, a famed colonial-era railway viaduct set amid emerald tea gardens and misty ravines. If timing permits, watch a train glide across the arches for a picture-perfect moment.
Continue to Ravana Ella Cave (Ravana’s Cave) near Ella Rock, a site entwined with the Ramayana legend, believed to have sheltered Seetha Devi during captivity. A short walk leads to the cave entrance, rewarding you with panoramic hill views.

DAY 05: TRAVEL TO YALA > EMBARK ON YALA SAFARI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast proceed to Yala (Approx:160KM/5HRS), enjoying a scenic drive through Sri Lanka’s diverse landscapes as you transition from the cool hill country to the dry-zone wilderness of the south.
After Lunch at a Restaurant, proceed to visit the Yala National Park, with a total protected area of 126,768 hectares, Yala consists of scrub plains, lagoons and rocky sections and offers the broadest cross-section of the countrys flora and fauna. In terms of game viewing this is probably the best place to see all of the big three elephant, leopard and water buffalo. It is estimated that Yala is home to about 35 Leopard making it one of the worlds densest leopard populations. Countless other animals including sloth bear, deer, wild boar, crocodiles, monkeys and numerous species of birds can also be seen here.
Later proceed to Kataragama, a revered multi-faith pilgrimage town sacred to Buddhists, Hindus, and Muslims. Visit the holy precinct, including the Kataragama Devalaya and nearby shrines, where devotees offer fruit, flowers, and prayers. DAY 04: TRAVEL TO ELLA VIA RAWANA ELLA CAVE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

➤ Upon arrival in Ella, visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, a famed colonial-era railway viaduct set amid emerald tea gardens and misty ravines. If timing permits, watch a train glide across the arches for a picture-perfect moment.


➤ Continue to Ravana Ella Cave (Ravana’s Cave) near Ella Rock, a site entwined with the Ramayana legend, believed to have sheltered Seetha Devi during captivity. A short walk leads to the cave entrance, rewarding you with panoramic hill views.

➤ After breakfast proceed to Yala (Approx:160KM/5HRS), enjoying a scenic drive through Sri Lanka’s diverse landscapes as you transition from the cool hill country to the dry-zone wilderness of the south.


➤ After Lunch at a Restaurant, proceed to visit the Yala National Park, with a total protected area of 126,768 hectares, Yala consists of scrub plains, lagoons and rocky sections and offers the broadest cross-section of the countrys flora and fauna. In terms of game viewing this is probably the best place to see all of the big three elephant, leopard and water buffalo. It is estimated that Yala is home to about 35 Leopard making it one of the worlds densest leopard populations. Countless other animals including sloth bear, deer, wild boar, crocodiles, monkeys and numerous species of birds can also be seen here.


➤ Later proceed to Kataragama, a revered multi-faith pilgrimage town sacred to Buddhists, Hindus, and Muslims. Visit the holy precinct, including the Kataragama Devalaya and nearby shrines, where devotees offer fruit, flowers, and prayers. If time aligns, you may witness the evening pooja,a moving ritual of drums, lamps, and offerings.
