After breakfast, begin the tour to visit Dolmabahce Palace, a magnificent structure blending various European architectural styles, built between 1843 and 1856 by the court architect Karabet Balyan for Sultan Abdulmecid. This three-storied palace, with 285 rooms and 43 halls, is known for its original decorations, furniture, and luxurious silk carpets and curtains. It surpasses all other palaces in the world in wealth and grandeur. |

From the boat, you will also have a view of the Rumeli Fortress (no interior visit), built to defend the city during Mehmet the Conqueror's siege in 1453. |
